Projects under the European Leonardo da Vinci programme aim at encouraging and strengthing vocational and professional education and training of individuals abroad.
The purpose of mobility projects is that participants obtain new vocational and professional know how and skills, improve their chances for employment and their competitive position in the labour market, language competence and skills, get to know new methods of work, foreign cultures and customs, and share their experience and knowledge with their colleagues abroad. The Leonardo da Vinci programme funds accommodation, insurance and project management.
